The Position:

Associate Consultants at Community Boost responsible for effectively and efficiently executing on multiple client accounts, often working within Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, WordPress, conversion design tools, and email marketing platforms.

Our Associate Consultants are responsible for successfully increasing website traffic, converting new supporters and generating revenue for our purpose driven clients all to ultimately, accelerate and scale social impact. They practice outrageous customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service and always teeing up their cBC team members for success with high quality, on-time deliverables.

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently hit and surpass client pacing metrics and digital marketing goals
  • Effectively prioritize your work day, crush deadlines, and produce great deliverables while managing multiple accounts
  • Execute in a timely fashion while always implementing Community Boost best practices on the digital marketing front for clients, focusing primarily on Google Adwords and Conversion Design
  • Bring a systems mindset every day to solve problems permanently for the Community Boost team

  • Local to San Diego, CA. This is not a remote position.

What Would Be Awesome to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years experience in communication, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • Google Ads Fundamentals & Search Certifications
  • Experience working with Facebook Ads
  • Volunteer experience
